FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Not currently. Items are shipped via USPS, and I do not trust the post office to deliver things internationally at the moment. This may change in 2021, and I will do my best to broadcast that change if it happens.

 

How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?

What form of payment do you take?

Currently we only take PayPal.  You can use a credit card as long as you have a PayPal account. I'm currently working on getting credit card payments to work through the website, and will have an update once I'm able to get that working.

How do I track my order?

All items are sent via USPS, and an email should be sent to you once the item is shipped that includes the USPS tracking number.

When will my item(s) be shipped?

Every order will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase.

What are your delivery options?

 

Currently the free shipping only includes USPS First Class if the package is under 1 lb, or USPS Priority if the package is over 1 lb.

Why such a random release schedule?

Short answer is ADHD, stress, anxiety, time, and lack of space. This shop is my second (hopefully third soon) job. My main job (and hopefully new second job) is a guaranteed income because I always have work to do. Just because I make a pair of ears, it does not mean they will sell. And when rent money is dependent on if ears sell, I start to lose my mind. I also don't want to promise something I can't deliver. I'm also currently homeless, working out of a friend's shed so yeah.

Do you make customs?

 

The short answer is "No*".  I HATE taking money up front for something that is not completed, it causes me so much anxiety. On top of that, customs are a huge pain in the ass, because they require so much back and forward with the customer.  If either of us gets busy, or misses a message, or didn't understand something, that could prolong the time it takes to make those ears from hours to multiple weeks. If I were to ever make custom ears, they would not be fully customizable as well as stupid expensive due to the time it requires to make them and the amount of anxiety I get when doing them. I'm doing this shop to supplement my main source of income to live, so of course if the price is right I'll do it. But I can't stress enough that it would be far too much to be worth offering as a service. And if you're still reading this far down into this expiation I love you because you actually read the FAQ.
